LeFay
Pangton (Headless): Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, Wyzard was frequently seen playing a headless Pangton bass made by the high-end German boutique builder LeFay.
Early Years (Fender & Washburn): On the classic 1970s recordings, he relied heavily on Fender Precision basses and early Washburns with a P/J (Precision/Jazz) pickup configuration to get that biting, mid-heavy funk sound.
Amplifiers & Effects
TecAmp Bad Bull 700: Wyzard has been featured in gear rundown videos demonstrating the TecAmp Bad Bull 700 tube head paired with a massive L810 (8x10) bass cabinet.
TecAmp Dream Buzz Deluxe: He has used this specific fuzz/distortion pedal to achieve his blistering, overdriven live rock tone without losing the low-end frequencies required for funk.
